Geoff,You are right. This bird does need help. If the wing is broken it needs to be taken to a vet. In most cases a broken wing means euthanasia but not always. If the bird is to be released it must be able to fly well. Is there a wildlife organisation similar to Wires in Brisbane? Jill Dark Wires carer, Blue Mountains, NSW. |
