Was at Barren Grounds this morning (Dec 7) and around 8:30am there were about 8-10 WTNTs flying overhead, most were fairly high, but had 2-3 low passes from a couple of birds about 2m above my head, close enough that you could hear the air rushing past them. Weather was fine clear blue skies and a light breeze, but already quite warm, probably about 26-27°C I would guess. After about 15-20mins they disappeared completely. regards, Chris Ross =============================== www.birding-aus.org birding-aus.blogspot.com To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: =============================== |
