If you're referring to David's comment that 20x cameras are wide angle, it is 
true, at the lower end of the range.  Once upon a time there were 10x zooms, 
with a range of, say, 35-350mm equivalent focal length.  Now we have 20x zooms, 
but unfortunately they aren't twice as long.  They've increased the range at 
the bottom end as well, so they may be "only" 28-560mm instead of 35-700mm.

It pays to check the actual range before buying, instead of relying on the zoom 
factor alone.

David,
I thought that as the magnification increases the angle of view
decreases.

That is at 1:1 it may be wide but at 20:1 it should be quite narrow.
