Good luck Geoff.
Remember that the last 50 could well take as long as the first 500.

Good Afternoon Everyone
Well it certainly is a
great
day in Melbourne today as we are having fantastic rains at the
moment and it
will dampen the bush and hold of the panic of bushfires as the media
keeps
reporting! I have just posted onto my website a Mega bird for me
personally
the Black Grasswren and what a bird to see in its environment
hopping along
the rocks and calling all the time, also the Partridge Pigeon Race
blaauwi
was a bonus as well. I am off to Tassie on Tuesday to catch up with
Ian May
for a couple of days before the Eaglehawk Pelagic and then on to
Oreilly's
at Lamington Nat Park with my wife for a few days and some much needed
brownie points! My quest to photograph all the birds of Australia
and its
waters over a period of 5 years is still on track as I am up to 577
and hope
to be at 600 by the end of this year which will give me two years to
photograph another 150 species if I hold my tongue right. Kindest
Regards to
you all Geoff Jones and here is the link to my website
