This report details a trip in August to Madang & Keki Lodge in Papua New Guinea.

Keki Lodge is high recommended and local conservation initiatives such as this
lodge should be supported in a country where usually the only viable 'use' of
rainforest by the local impoverished popuation is the obvious one.

I was involved in three short trips to Papua New Guinea this year and am
writing detailed trip reports.

Trip 1 June, 2009 Varirata/Kiunga/Kama/Kumul Lodge/Brown River/PAU/Rabaul.

Trip 2 August, 2009 Madang/Keki Lodge.

Trip 3 October, 2009 PAU/Varirata/Brown River/Tari.

This is the report of the second trip. If anyone is interested please click
below.
