Peter -

The websites I refer to include Eremaea Birds, Birding-Aus, Birds Australia,
BOCA, Birdata, or any other websites that are used by birders to post
sightings, discuss birding, get information about birding, or any related
matters (please feel free to point any more websites out to me that you
think would be relevant to include).

I am generally reluctant to mention specific website names when posting, as
I feel people may take what I am trying to say the wrong way. I am in no way
suggesting that the current websites are not useful, in fact, quite the
opposite. They are such a great resource, and all I am suggesting is that we
look to move into new technology to enhance the experience of all who use
the websites, and consider serving a wider audience.
