Dear All
I can¹t think of any group of people better to answer this query. I¹m
looking for a rugged secondhand computer to go to a central Arnhem Land
outstation. It will need to be able to withstand the onslaught of 14
children, run on a combination of solar and diesel power, and exist in a
climate of high humidity and heat.

My first choice was a Mac I¹ve used them before on nearby outstations
but there are no Mac resellers in Darwin. Can a birding Ausser suggest a
PC that might stand up to the conditions I¹ve outlined?

Regards
