Subject: | Birding Lakefield National Park? |

I have nine days for birding around Cairns in a few weeks time and have done the "normal" birding routes. Does visiting Lakefield National Park require 4WD and if so will a "lightweight" (e.g., Subaru) be enough or does it call for serious backcountry 4WD? Is there contact information for Artemis Station and the Windmill Creek area to secure permission for birding the area (esp. for Golden-shouldered Parrot)? Other places to look? Thanks, Jeff ==============================www.birding-aus.org birding-aus.blogspot.com To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: ============================= |
