Hi all, At present there seems to be an influx, albeit small, of Budgies into Victoria.Just this weekend I have have three sightings, near home at Wilby in northern Victoria, and also at Chiltern and Rutherlgen. Birdline Victoria also has some records of a few sightings from Mildura, Yarrawalla, Kamarooka and Bendigo. So if you are birding or travelling through northern Victoria, keep an eye out for Budgies. It will be interesting to see if this influx will continue over the next few weeks. It has been a particulary good year for Cockatiels in northern Victoria as well.
