Hi All

Stuart Warren reports an Oriental Plover with (approx) 12 Banded lapwing
on Watson's Rd, near 7 Mile Lagoon, Lockyer Valley, ~70 kms west of
Brisbane CBD this morning between 7.15 and 8.45. The bird appears to be
in non-breeding plumage and seems, although at one point flushed, fairly
settled at the location. Banded Lapwing chicks were observed in the same
immediate area so if the OP is associating with the BLs it is likely to
stay in the same spot.
