Hi PeterI saw Western Whipbird in Innes NP in May '08, about 3 km past the point where the road that runs all the way through the NP becomes unsealed. You will no doubt hear them singing along here around sunrise and sunset, but seeing them is a different story. Malleefowl wander around at Inneston. Slenderbilled Thornbill (rosinae) is easy in the healthier samphire along the road to Pt Gawler. Good luck, cheers Peter Waanders Southern Birding Services PO Box 420 Waikerie, South Australia mob.: 0438 882675 sat.: 0424 212889 SA Birding: http://www.sabirding.com E-mail1: E-mail2: =============================== www.birding-aus.org birding-aus.blogspot.com To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: =============================== |
