Mimicry observations

A couple of interesting mimicry examples yesterday and today , with a  
male Figbird along Black Mountain Road, Kuranda doing a very  
creditable King Parrot amongst its scratchy song, as listed in HANZAB,  
and this afternoon at Lake Barrine a Tooth-billed Catbird doing a full- 
on Black-faced Monarch, which has only just go back from PNG up here,  
and one I'd not noted for this species previously. These birds also do  
the contact note of Bower's Shrike-thrush, plus Spangled Drongo.
