Hello

Planning a trip to Australia in December and will
spend one week in Tasmania. I would like to ask
all members about "where to go", "where to stay"
and "where to find endemic species" in Tasmania
(including mammals & reptiles). We will have a
rental car and stay in budget accommodation if
possible. We are a family of 2 adults & one
13-year old. One week is not much but Swedish
school holidays are unfortunately only three
weeks long during the Christmas period and there
are lots of things to see. It is not my first
trip to Australia (only to Tassie) and I have a
quite good bird list since before but there are
those endemic to Tassie in the must see category .....
If you have some advice please send them as
private mail to me directly to avoid clogging up the Birding-Aus.
Hopefully I can help you if you ever will visit Sweden!
