Greetings all! As part of the search for Grey-crowned Babblers here in south-east Qld, I note no reports, present or historically, of GcBs in hills or above. All the sightings I can find come from the plains. Habitat and Range descriptions in the literature don't seem to go into this matter. Does anyone have any sightings, experience, or opinions that might illuminate Pomatostomus altitude preferences (and especially in relation to the Grey-crowneds)? Thanks!
