Thanks Mat. What a fantastic brochure! It looks great, really capturing
the spirit of the ponds. The importance of a brochure like this is that
it reinforces the significant of the site - both locally and elsewhere -
as a place to see and conserve birds. They are also invaluable tools for
developing relationships, such political/economic.

Cheers,

Tim Dolby

Hello again,

With the help of the NT Power and Water Corporation, and the support of
the
Alice Springs Field Naturalists, a short brochure/guide has been
published
to help birdwatchers who are visiting the Alice Springs Sewage Ponds.
It
can be downloaded from the PWC website:

http://www.powerwater.com.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0015/14604/alice_bir
dwatching.pdf

It also has a map with the pond-numbers on it - which makes reporting
locations of any sightings much easier!

Cheers,

Mat
