Recently I received a CD of calls from an Austrian Dr Ruediger Schweigreiter, they were all made at night and he would like some assistance in identifying them. I've uploaded the calls and they can be found on my blog-site on http://www.aviceda.org/wp There are a couple of bird-calls that I recognize, an Australian Owlet-nightjar and Masked Owl but all the rest are beyond my very limited (10 days in Feb 2003) experience of Tasmanian wildlife. If anyone can help, I would appreciate if you could contact me or Dr Schweigreiter on rschweiatgmxdotnet Tom -- ******************************** Tom Tarrant Kobble Creek, Qld http://www.aviceda.org http://picasaweb.google.com.au/aviceda/ ******************************** =============================== www.birding-aus.org birding-aus.blogspot.com To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: =============================== |
