Hi All,
Just a reminder to those of you who will be travelling through Hall’s babbler
country over the next year.
If you see any Hall’s Babblers on your travels I would be very grateful if you
could record the following:
- - location of sighting (exact GPS coordinates: in latitude/longitude
e.g. 23deg 13min 50sec S/141deg 35min 20sec E, OR 23deg 13.300min S/141deg
35.333min E, OR 23.22167deg S/141.58888deg E, datum WGS84; or in UTM e.g. Zone
55 Easting 0359483 Northing 6903146)
- - date
- - number of birds
- - description of habitat (e.g. dense mulga woodland with little
understorey, ground cover dominated by grasses OR open mulga woodland with
moderately dense shrub layer). Photos can be very useful here.
Many thanks and happy birding!!
Cheers,
Dean
