HANZAB states with respect to how the Papuan Frogmouth, that does have red
eyes, differs from the Tawny. Iris: usually diagnostically red, or in some,
paler orange-red to orange-yellow (iris yellow-orange in Tawny; can appear
slightly darker, orange-red, in spotlight, but never red like typical
Papuan.
