Some depressing reading as the IUCN have released their 4-yearly analysis of the Red List yesterday. See http://www.iucn.org/news_events/?3460/Wildlife-crisis-worse-than-economic-cr isis--IUCN for the press release and http://data.iucn.org/dbtw-wpd/edocs/RL-2009-001.pdf for the report itself.
