It appears that the mural is in a New York pub, so I would assume it would be a North American bird.

In the sky in the mural is a bird flying over. Would anyone like to try guess the id?

I have no idea where it's supposed to be, and if it's a painting then of course the artist might have simply made it up, but it reminds me of the display flight of a Spotted Dove.
