Nikolas, the birds have been there since 2005 (and have been reported on
birding-aus several times). They seem to be wild birds, and move around
over a sizable range including sometimes into Bulahdelah, but they do have a
tendency to hang around camping grounds etc.

Hi all,
At Mungo Brush, Myall Lakes NP, NSW, we had a RADJAH SHELDUCK today.
Apparently, there have been up to two Radjah Shelducks there for two years.
Does anyone know anything about the status of this bird there (i.e. is it
being treated as an escapee)? What did the NSW Rare Birds Committee decide?
Other birds of interest were two Sooty Owls last night at Myall Lakes NP and
two female-coloured Regent Honeyeaters at Mungo Brush today.
