I am convinced that the lower bird in the first photo is a juvenile Brown 
Goshawk.  The upper bird's tail does look much squarer and it is probably an 
adult female Collared Sparrowhawk based on its similar, but slightly 
smaller, size than the Goshawk.  The Goshawk would be a male on size if the 
upper bird is, in fact, a Collared Sparrowhawk.  The tail is notched in the 
last photo, a Sparrowhawk character.
A note for the unwary.  When a Brown Goshawk moults its centre tail feathers 
the end of the tail appears straight like a Sparrowhawk's.  If the bird is a 
female the size will give it away.
