I am always amazed at the parrot group and mimicry. I am also convinced that there is also some amazing examples of intelligence as well. For example when I watched this clip I was very impressed by not only the extremely humorous imitations but the bird memory it took to catalogue all of these sounds and to perform them on cue. This has to be one of my favorite videos on the web. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XaES7CKFCd0 =============================== www.birding-aus.org birding-aus.blogspot.com To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: =============================== |
