Hi John,
A quick peruse of the article reveals the following mention of
Pterodroma macroptera gouldi, which is in the reference list (p 183).
Imber, M.J. (1976). Breeding biology of the Great-winged Petrel
(Pterodroma macroptera gouldi) Ibis 118,5 1-64.
And the only mention of "macroptera" in the paper apart from the above
is this one on page 181:
"Nest sites were shared by both Grey Petrels and White-headed Petrels
Pterodroma lessonii, and by a few Great-winged Petrels Pterodroma
macroptera."

Dear Friends,
I need to check a paper in Emu 90(1990),no 3. by R.Zotier on Grey Petrel
Procellaria cinerea.
I suspect he includes a synonymy. Can anyone with access to this issue
tell
me if he includes
Procellaria macroptera Gould in this synonym and give me the full
citation,
including type locality, if possible for Gould's reference.
