Hi everyone,
I have had an interesting request from a painter who has an important
commission and needs to see and study some red-
necked avocets in the wild. I haven't been doing much birdwatching
recently but have heard some rumours that there
aren't many around at present (at least in Vic). So does anyone know of
anywhere in victoria with good numbers of
avocets (or any really)? Any sightings not too far into NSW or SA would
also be appreciated.
Thanks in advance
John
