We are trying to locate a couple of birders we met at Lake McLarty yesterday
(28/03/09).  We saw an interesting bird and got one of the guys (John? but our
memory is not too sure) to take some photos of it.  We have been going through
our photos and would really love to see the higher quality.  We know they are
on birding-aus, so hope we can find them and see the photos.  If it's you -
please drop us a hello!

Cheers,
Glenn and Joe

For those interested, the Double-banded Plover was still there.  We first saw
this guy on 15/03/09, so it's been quite a stay.  The top band has intensified
and is pretty much a complete band in this time.

Other birds of note:
Large Sand Plover
Lesser Sand Plover
Sanderling
Pectoral Sandpiper
Banded Stilt (265)
