I agree with Rob - have checked with Sibley and also National Geographic
Field Guide 4th Ed.
Notched tail, pale median crown-strip and complete strong eye-line and
moustache all Savannah Sparrow.
Also most likely habitat.

Savannah Sparrow to me? No US books in the office though.
