G'day Sue

I have a pair of Nikon Monarch 10x42s that I am very happy with. There is
a new model just released but it might not be available here yet and I
haven't seen any reviews:

When I was looking and trying binoculars a year or two ago I found a pair
of Kowa 10x42s in the Melbourne Bintel shop that were really nice but a
bit too expensive at the time. If your budget stretches to $1000 they
would be worth trying.

If you want to save a couple of hundred dollars and know exactly what you
want then try B&H Photo in New York. I've bought a camera and my current
Monarchs from them and their prices and quick delivery times are
excellent. I haven't had to try their after sales service yet.

Cheers
Steve
