Gooday birders Was at Nobbys Breakwater, at Newcastle, NSW, this afternoon at about 5pm. Along with a few Silver Gulls and a couple of Crested Terns saw approximately 50 Common Terns and 13 Sooty Oystercatchers roosting on the rocks at low tide on the harbour side of Nobbys Breakwater. The Common Terns have been there for at least a week or so.
