There is a King Penguin in advanced state of moult at Bluestone Bay, Freycinet NP. The bird has been there since at least 4 Feb and is known to the Parks font-family: Calibri;"> Bluestone Bay can be accessed from off the Friendly Beaches Road. An unsigned post rough dirt track head north off the Road. The road is suitable for 4WD but probably could be accesses by 2WD with a lot of care.
