Hi Val, Yes, Kelp Gulls are fairly reliably seen around the Nobbies boardwalk on the far western end of Phillip Island. They often nest on a rock at the end of the boardwalk past the blowhole, but they are usually seen there almost any timeof the year. Elizabeth Shaw Phillip Island Victoria |
