A WIRES carer in the Clarence Valley, north coast NSW has a King-Parrot in care that has lost most of its body feathers and some of its flight and tail feathers. The carer was wondering if it might be Psittacine Beak and Feather Disease. As there seems to be a few people on the list with knowledge of this disease I thought that I would ask if anyone wants to offer an opinion. If so please contact me off-list and I will forward the photos of the bird.
