I posted a message yesterday reporting a Black Falcon at Werribee WTP. After examining photos, it is clear that it was a juvenile Swamp Harrier. In the flurry of getting cameras on to the bird, and as we were all in the car, no-one had got a decent binos look before it was gone! That's my excuse, anyway!
