Those markings are not normal but are almost certainly the result of
psittacine beak and feather (circovirus) disease.
See how the bird is missing flight feathers? Supposing it comes down the
ground it should be euthanised

Friends of mine saw this juvenile King Parrot in their yard at Mt. Riverview
and wondered if the yellow wing markings were normal. I have hosted the
