Hi birders,Took my wife there about 8.30 this morning, and at 9.20 one of the Lewin's appeared briefly, preened, and disappeared - all present got views of it. At 10.10 the Spotless Crake came out and we had excellent, prolonged views of it. The level of the water in the pond has dropped and it's getting a bit 'whiffy' - a cleansing shower or two would be beneficial. Cheers Peter Madvig |
