Hi birders, Yesterday at about 11am, as I was getting ready to go to Westfield Penrith for some fruits and vegies, I could not help but note the gorgeous, adult Square-tailed Kite circling low over my home suburb of Cambridge Gardens for at least 20 minutes. I chased it around for a little while trying to snap some images but it was not that easy. I cannot help but think that this is a relatively local resident as I have seen some in the Blue Mountains late last year. Also, when I spoke with Graham Turner earlier about my encounter outside my front door, he said he was informed of a SQTK at Lapstone the same morning. :) Yay, I say. Regards Akos :) =============================== www.birding-aus.org birding-aus.blogspot.com To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: =============================== |
