People who are interested in this subject might want to check
out Dr Dan Klem's website on birds and windows -
<http://www.muhlenberg.edu/depts/biology/faculty/klem/ACO/GlassHome.htm>.
He's been doing research on the subject for a number of years
and compiling a worldwide list of birds known to have been
killed by window strikes.
I know the maker of the birdscreens mentioned in the article previously posted. They're very nice but they're made a very, very long way from Australia. -- Katrina Knight Reading, PA, USA =============================== www.birding-aus.org birding-aus.blogspot.comTo unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: =============================== |
