A couple of people asked about the White-chested White-eye.
Unfortunately the survey was not recent. It was a survey by led by one
Fred T. H. Smith, 26/02/1994 to 19/03/1994. The White-chested White-eye
was seen at Collins Head. For the record the White-chested White-eye is
considered critically endangered. There have been scattered sightings
including 4 in 1978, 1 in 1979, 1 in 1981, 1 in 1987, 2 in 1991, 4 in
1994 and 1 in March 2000, and a number of unconfirmed reports hmost
recently in 2005. See:

FYI Norfolk tripsters,
See below a list of species seen based on 4 surveys of Norfolk. The
reporting rate for a single observation is 25%. This gives some
indication of what you might expect on a standard trip. It is by no way
comprehensive.
Also it's just occurred to me. Songthrush is on the list! Victoria
therefore loses its only C&B listed breeding species to be found only in
Victoria.

My old Simpson & Day (4th edition, circa 1993) contained Australian
Island Territories checklists as an appendix at the end of the book.
This refers to several sources, including the Australian National Parks
& Wildlife Service - Norfolk Island National park. 15 years on, this
organisation now has a website with a checklist of the common specie:
http://www.environment.gov.au/parks/norfolk/nature-science/fauna.html#bi
rds
Simpson & Day seems to have a longer list as it covers vagrants too.
Avibase seems to have a checklist that covers this if you can't find a
copy of Simpson & Day or the island checklists have been excised:
