An interesting couple of days birding while driving to work.Last week i saw a Pacific Baza at the end of Yanko Rd right before Lane Cove Road (West Pymble) whilst stopped in peak hour traffic. No chance to get out of the flow of traffic and nowhere to pull over which was a bummer as it sat in a dead tree in the full sun - would have been a great photo! Then on Saturday while working, saw a Cockatiel on a wire in Malabar near the golf course. I assume escapee but a fun sighting anyway.
