Dear All,Is your telephoto lens a bit too slow to get those low light or action bird shots? Well help is now at hand. Sigma has released into the shops their long awaited 200 - 500 mm f 2.8. Mind you, you will need a porter for this monster, it weighs 15.7 Kg, plus the case, plus the rather substantial tripod you will need I don't think even Governor Schwarzenegger could have managed hand held shots). At least you will not have to lug around that heavy old wallet; at a recommended retail of USD 34,000.00, it will lighten it nicely. At least they throw in a dedicated 2X tele-converter. I wonder if it is too late to put an order to Santa for this year?
