Greetings, As someone who grew up very close to these lakes and had many wonderful birding experiences there as a child, I encourage readers of B-Aus to visit this website www.savenorthlake.com.au and particularly the section www.savenorthlake.com.au/howtohelp.shtml to show your support for the campaign to save these lakes from the impact of some planned significant road works. It sounds as though the road project flies in the face of recommendations by the EPA.
