Hi all. The Daisy Hill (Brisbane) Square-tailed Kites have raised three healthy looking young. They are starting to venture outside the nest, so if anyone is planning to see them I wouldn't wait too long. Strange choice for nest site, virtually above a busy carpark to what is basically a construction site at the moment, with tradesman's vehicles constantly coming and going and lots of noise. If anyone's interested there are some pics on my photobucket site www.pbase.com/sjmurray/squaretailed_kite Cheers Steve Murray =============================== www.birding-aus.org birding-aus.blogspot.com To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: =============================== |
