Cumberland Bird Observers Club had their annual dawn chorus in Mitchell Park at 5am yesterday morning. Of note was a Black Bittern calling repeatedly from the usual area it as been seen over many years. Cicadabird and a very photographic Brush Cuckoo was also there.
