Today at 1.15 two Sooty Oystercatchers were feeding about 10m away from the
sea wall in Brighton, a bit north of the Park St. groyne.
Only the ninth record of the species on my Bayside database but the fifth this year! Other recent Bayside records include a Scarlet Robin and Richards Pipit passing through. The Grey Currawong is still around in NE Beaumaris.
