In the latest issue of New Scientist there is an interesting article on the latest tracking devises being used to crack the mysteries of bird migration. Tells how E7 the Godwit flew non stop 10,000 kms in 8 days and 30,000 kms in a six month period! Worth grabbing a copy at your newsagency. cheers David Taylor Brisbane =============================== www.birding-aus.org birding-aus.blogspot.com To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: =============================== |
