He is currently in Melbourne on business and one of his contacts is
interested in birds but not (yet) a birder. Allan wants to encourage his
interest by showing him some parts of the Western Treatment Plant.
He doesn't have a key for access and was wondering if any locals were
interested in helping out.
He has a vehicle and can pick someone up if necessary.
If he can't get assistance he will go to the end of Beach Road at Avalon
and walk in from there. He is familiar with this location having been
there last Saturday week.
