Wow, looks like you had a great time out there! Some real goodies: Royal
Albatross, Pacific Gull...
A few questions:
1. Did you see the underwing pattern of the possible Shy Albatross? It's very
different from imm BB. Also the birds of the Shy Albatross complex are not only
the largest Thalassarche, they also appear large - even in a distance
(shape-wise a Shy can even be confused with a Diomedea!)
2. Did you see specific details of the Royal Albatross? Especially Southern
Royal looks quite similar to Gibson's (Wandering) Albatross, which is the most
common Diomedea here.
3. No Fluttering Shearwaters?

White-bellied Sea Eagle (imm)
