Good point Grant, but I also think Chris has a point and I mentioned that in my
note too that there may be better properties in the same area at a cheaper
price with the same or better bird diversity - just that they are private and
currently have no access to the likes of us. Also may be easier to get funding
if appeal is broader than birds.
