JohnThe only problem with that idea is that the caterpillars are there while the eggs are still in the nest. It may be of course a question of good timing on the parents part, only bringing the caterpillars as the eggs are about to hatch. One would assume it is for food purposes and maybe baby bellbirds don't mind dried caterpillar? Gary |
