Hello all,
I am a Norwegian birder currently studying at James Cook University in
Townsville. I am hoping to visit New Caledonia for a week of intensive birding
in Sep/Oct this year (Possibly 27th September – 4th October). As I don’t have
a driver’s license and in order to cut down costs I was wondering if there is
anyone who would be interested in going? I am aiming to see all the extant
main island endemics and would also like to visit Lifou for its two endemic
white-eyes and some seawatching. As I am a student I would also like to do this
as cheap as possible.
Otherwise, does anyone know if there are any other possibilities for me
considering I don’t have driver’s license besides joining an organized tour?
Best regards,
Petter Zahl Marki
Townsville
